This half day event is packed with educational seminars and workshops instructed by top industry experts who will focus on survival techniques for today’s restaurateur.
Welcome to Restaurant Bootcamp!
San Jose is a culinary hotspot that attracts some of the best restaurateurs and chefs in the industry. With the changes in the economic climate, the San Jose Redevelopment Agency invited us to host a Restaurant Bootcamp in San Jose in order to give technical support to their restaurant industry. Our combined goal is to help support and educate the members of our industry to navigate the high cost of doing business coupled with reduced revenue prompted by the economic downturn. Most importantly, however, we want to motivate and inspire today’s restaurateur and their staff.
The Restaurant Bootcamp team has put together an incredible event that couples top industry professionals, restaurateurs and chef’s to provide an educational platform for sharing strategies for survival.
